PE “GALEKS AGRO” produces honey, propolis and pollen.
The main indicators of the organic nature of these products:
– any enterprise, fields with treated chemicals, or genetically modified plants are excluded from the collection area within a radius of 3 km
– artificial and synthetic materials and means are prohibited in the hives. Only natural wood, oil and wax are used to process the hives
– only genuine acaricidal non-replaceable wax is used. It is also submitted to the laboratory for analysis
– treatment of bees is possible only with 4 essential oils and 4 organic acids. All other species are prohibited
– no artificial or synthetic impurities are introduced. Feeding bees is only done with your own honey.
Among the varieties of organic honey, the company implements the following: acacia, linden, phacelia, buckwheat, of herbs.
All these plants are certified and grow in certified fields.
Organic honey differs from conventional honey in that it has the highest diastase number and the lowest rate of hydroxymethylfurfural.
